10, 2008 - Peov
Linda Hem has joined Armstrong & Willis and will assist in the areas of
business, family, immigration and criminal law.
July 5, 2008 - Armstrong & Willis will
represent two oil companies in Dallas, Texas for their litigation needs.
May 15, 2008 - Ryan M. Johnson began his
internship with Armstrong & Willis, LLC. Mr. Johnson is a law
student at Texas Wesleyan Law School and begins his third and final year
August 16, 2008.
September 1, 2007 - Amanda Hutchinson Harris now
assists the law firm of Armstrong & Willis, LLC, as a legal
intern. Mrs. Harris is a law student at the Southern Methodist
University Dedman School of Law and attended college at Indiana University.
July 10, 2007 - Rebecca Robinson now assists
the law firm of Armstrong & Willis, LLC. Ms. Robinson is a
graduate of Texas A & M University and has worked for the United
Nations. Ms. Robinson will be critical to the success of the law firm's
growth.

2007 -
Armstrong and Willis has chosen two individuals for its summer internship.
Linda Hem, a 3L of the University of Tulsa, College of Law and Christopher
Eakin a 2L of the Elon University, School of Law will join the law firm. Both
individuals will greatly compliment the firm and help in its success.
March 1, 2007 - Armstrong and Willis has
announced its search for a legal intern. The internship has been posted at
both the University of Dallas and University of Texas at Dallas. However,
this posting is not exclusive to either university. The law firm welcomes
resumes from any pre-law or law student across the region.

2007 -
Armstrong and Willis has aligned itself with the Park City Club to provide
fine dining and excellent conference facilities for its clients. The club
is located on the Seventeenth Floor of the Bank of Texas Building.
January 1 ,
2007 -
Armstrong and Willis relocated to its new offices operated by Abby Office
Centers. The new location is located at 5956 Sherry Lane, Dallas, Texas on
the Tenth floor of the Bank of Texas Building. This new location gives the
firm's staff superb facilities and is more accessible to clients with many
amenities that the prior offices did not offer, including free Starbuck's
coffee. Preston Center is within walking distance of the office, which
includes many stores, food and services.
November 22, 2006 - Performance Steel selects
Armstrong and Willis as its general counsel in all legal matters.

Armstrong & Willis acquired lonestar-legal.com to accommodate all of
texas. Thus, clients can reach the law firm through dallas-legal.com or
lonestar-legal.com.

The website of Armstrong & Willis has been redesigned, along with a new
logo. The website was created through intense collaboration with
Socaman.com. Socaman.com will be maintaining the site for Armstrong and
Willis.

Armstrong & Willis will be moving later this year. Although in the same
building, operations and volume has exceeded expectations, thus the number
of offices will increase in size.

Armstrong & Willis has recently began representing AmeriNet Mortgage of
Dallas. AmeriNet Mortgage is one of the leading mortgage companies in Texas
with offices in Dallas.
September 15,
2006 -
Armstrong & Willis will now be representing Socaman Web Consultants,
which is based in Dallas, Texas. Socaman.com is the primary website of
Socaman Web Consultants and has other offices in New York City, New York.
Some of Socaman's clients have ranged from major packaging and steel
companies to small photography businesses across the United States.
